The Adaptive Training Course is designed to equip fitness professionals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to work effectively with adaptive athletes. Over the course of two immersive days, participants will explore strategies for safely and efficiently integrating strength and conditioning principles into training programs tailored to athletes with diverse physical abilities.
Through a combination of theory and hands-on practice, the course emphasizes understanding the unique needs of each athlete, identifying and correcting movement patterns, and adapting exercises to maximize performance while minimizing injury risk. Participants will gain practical experience and guidance in assessing movement, designing safe and effective training progressions, and applying foundational principles of strength, mobility, and functional fitness.
