Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field
• Experience: 0–1 year
• Good knowledge of fitness fundamentals and exercise techniques
• Ability to communicate effectively with members
• Commitment to working hours and professional conduct
• Passion for fitness and helping members achieve their goals

Required Skills:

• Designing training programs based on members' fitness levels and objectives
• Correcting exercise techniques safely and effectively
• Monitoring members' progress and providing continuous support
• Motivating members and creating a positive training environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
