Lava GYM is looking for an accredited fitness instructor to join their dynamic team. Candidates should be able to implement & design training programs for our clients. The fitness instructor engages clients in exercise routines and weight loss programs and helps them to reach their individual goals.
Successful candidate should be up to date with the latest trends in the fitness industry and provide solutions to the client's fitness needs.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Conduct an initial assessment of clients' body measurements.
• Assist clients in reaching their goals, and have a passion and drive for health, wellness, and fitness.
• Assist in maintaining and improving the goals of the gym.
• Ensure the safety of clients during training sessions.
• Monitoring BMI on a regular basis.
• Motivate clients who have reached a plateau in weight loss.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in sport sciences or any related field
• 2 years of experience working in a gym
• Physically fit
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A professional appearance
• Focus on client satisfaction
