Responsibility:

• Receiving and welcoming customers, introducing the Gym, helping in responding to their inquiries and dealing in accordance with the established procedures.
• Receive complaints and comments from customers and any related entities and work to resolve them within the scope of its competencies or coordinate with the relevant employees to resolve them.
• Conducting introductory tours for customers to get acquainted with the services provided and facilities at the Gym.
• Register customers who meet the conditions in the approved systems and issue their memberships.
• Receive, document and save all incoming correspondence for reception and follow up on the instructions issued for reception operations.
• Providing support in the fields of secretarial and administrative work through the preparation and implementation of a filing system for files, documents, administrative decisions, and all outgoing and incoming correspondence for reception to ensure ease of reference when needed.
