Gym Supervisor (Male & Female)

Location: KABS Underground Gym
Gym Type: Mixed
Salary: 450 JOD + Social Security & Health Insurance
Work Schedule: Shift-based (Evening shifts preferred)
Experience Required: Previous experience in gym supervision or fitness management

Responsibilities:

• Supervising the gym floor and ensuring smooth daily operations

• Supporting and guiding the fitness instructors and staff

• Acting as the main point of contact for any member or staff complaints

• Monitoring equipment safety, cleanliness, and overall gym environment

• Handling shift organization and staff coordination

• Promoting a professional and supportive atmosphere for both clients and employees
