Sama Amman Gym is currently hiring a female swimming coach and instructor to join our professional and supportive team.

Position Title:

Swimming Coach & Instructor (Female)

Location:

Amman, Khalda

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Silver or Gold swimming license

• Solid practical skills in coaching and executing swimming programs

• Ability to train individuals of different ages and skill levels

• Punctuality and commitment to scheduled work hours

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

Working Hours:

• Shift-based schedule (to be determined weekly)

• Flexibility in hours depending on training sessions and pool availability

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary starts at 300 JOD, with increases based on experience and qualifications

• Commission available on personal training sessions

• Social security included from the start of employment

• A professional and motivating work environment with room for growth
