Salary: 300 – 350 JOD

Working Hours: Shift-based (Morning/Evening)

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors

• Answer phone calls and handle inquiries

• Manage appointments and membership schedules

• Assist members with check-in and general questions

• Coordinate with internal departments

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Presentable and professional appearance

• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)

• Previous experience in customer service or front desk is a plus

• Punctual and reliable

• Ability to work flexible shifts (morning/evening)
