Protein milkshake for athletes
Components:
- 1 cup of milk (you can use almond milk, soy milk, or cow’s milk)
- 1 tablespoon of your favoriteprotein powder
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetening)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- In a blender, place the milk, protein powder and banana cut into small pieces.

- If sweetening is not required, you can omit adding honey or maple syrup.
