We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our team in a leadership role, combining gym management with personal training, in a premium ladies-only fitness environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in both personal training and gym management.
Strong experience in training female clients and designing tailored training programs.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Professional and presentable appearance.
Oversee and manage daily gym operations.
Supervise training sessions and overall service quality.
Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
Design customized training programs based on clients’ goals.
Monitor clients’ progress and provide motivation and guidance.
Contribute to improving customer experience and service standards within the gym.
