The Mental Toughness course is designed to help fitness and sports professionals understand how psychological strength can improve performance, consistency, and resilience in fitness and athletic settings.

Through this course, participants will learn how to develop focus, confidence, motivation, and the ability to cope with pressure. The course explores strategies that help clients stay engaged, responsive, resilient, and mentally strong when facing challenges or setbacks.

Participants will also learn how anxiety can affect fitness and sports goals, how to identify sources of confidence, and how to assess and improve commitment. This course provides practical tools for helping clients overcome mental barriers and perform with greater focus and confidence. 

The Mental Toughness course equips participants with knowledge and strategies to support mental resilience and performance. Exam Details

  • You have 365 days from the date of purchase to pass the exam. After completing the course, you will take an online exam consisting of 20 multiple-choice questions.
  • There is no time limit for the exam. To pass, you must achieve a minimum score of 75%. This exam allows unlimited attempts.
