The Problem: Many people athletes and non-athletes alike suffer from poor posture due to prolonged sitting or imbalanced workouts. Common signs of poor posture: * Shoulders rolled forward * Overarched lower back * Head pushed forward * Protruding stomach (without excess fat) -Top Exercises for Posture Correction: 1. Chest Opener Stretch Open your arms wide against a wall and hold for 30 seconds 2. Scapular Retraction (with Resistance Band) Pull the band back while keeping shoulders stable and squeezed together 3. Superman Hold (for Lower Back Strength) Lie on your stomach, lift arms and legs, hold for 10 seconds *Do these exercises 3x a week, reduce sitting time, and you'll see improvements in posture, comfort, and performance. Better posture = better performance + fewer injuries
