Functional Training is the key to improving daily movement. Instead of focusing on isolated muscles, you strengthen your body to perform efficiently in every action. This means better balance, greater core strength, and enhanced ability to tackle everyday tasks. Try it and see the difference in your life.

Ramadan Training Guide
One of the most common questions I get from clients during Ramadan is: “Coach, should I stop training while fasting?” My answer is usually the same: No, but you need to train smarter. Based on what we know from sports science, continuing to train during Ramadan can actually help you maintain your strength, muscle, and overall fitness — as long as you manage your training, nutrition, and recovery properly. What I usually recommend to my clients: • Train 45–60 minutes before Iftar or 1–2 hours after Iftar • Focus more on strength training, not excessive cardio • Make sure you get enough protein between Iftar and Suhoor • Hydrate well during the night • Slightly reduce intensity and focus on recovery Ramadan doesn’t mean you stop moving. It just means training with more awareness and balance.
