Experience using gym management systems and registration software.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the sales department and ensure monthly subscription targets are met.
Manage the reception team, schedules, and overall front desk operations.
Handle customer inquiries and ensure an excellent member experience.
Implement and develop operational policies and maintain high service standards.
Coordinate with upper management and prepare regular performance reports.
