Requirements:

• Female candidate.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.

Required Skills:

• Ability to lead and supervise the coaching team.
• Strong knowledge of fitness training principles and exercise techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design and oversee effective training programs.
• Ability to motivate both coaches and clients while maintaining high service standards.
• Professional attitude with strong organizational and time management skills.
